ONE BEAT AT A TIME

Our heart beats together and we are committed to supporting those who are experiencing homelessness or on the way to homelessness.

Covid-19 Pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a dramatic loss of human life worldwide and presents an unprecedented challenge to public health, food systems and the world of work. The economic and social disruption caused by the pandemic is devastating: tens of millions of people are at risk of falling into extreme poverty, while the number of undernourished people, currently estimated at nearly 690 million, could increase by up to 132 million by the end of the year

Diversity

We are committed to supporting people from a range of different social and ethnic backgrounds, different genders, sexual orientations, etc.

Equality

Since the outbreak of Covid 19 pandemic in the world, a lot of people have been faced with more devastating crisis within our communities leading to loss of jobs and homes. We believe and advocate that equal housing opportunities should be fundamental in every human society.

Mental health

Homelessness, in turn, amplifies poor mental health. The stress of experiencing homelessness may exacerbate previous mental illness and encourage anxiety, fear, depression, sleeplessness and use of substance or abuse of drugs.

How can we help?

We would like to get involved in this global challenge by identifying victims of homelessness and supporting them with basic needs, such as; food, clothing and shelter while at the same time embark on training and rehabilitation programs to reposition them in the society with a view of preventing and ending homelessness in our society.
